The Ag-tech Shake-Up is an in-person event open to all Canterbury-based tertiary students. In teams, you will work together over three days to come up with an innovative technology or identify new value-add sustainable products in the food, fibre and agritech (FFA) sectors. Your idea could be anything from a fabulous new food or fibre product, a ground-breaking underlying technology, or solutions to assist on-farm automation and decision making.
This special edition of our Innovation Series will provide an overview of what we should all be considering in this unprecedented time.
Finding opportunities, and acting on these, requires collaboration and leadership. In this session, we will explore these opportunities and hear from Hon. Damien O'Connor about what is next for New Zealand's primary industries.
