Who we are

As a business unit of Lincoln University, B.linc is situated on campus in a funky refurbished workshop space. Being a part of the University means that B.linc has unrivalled access to scientific and industry talent and a proven model of innovation management.

We break down barriers between the farming, business, technology and science addressing the most significant challenges facing New Zealand’s primary industries including changing land-use, protecting water and biodiversity, consumer food demand and responding to the climate crisis. Our approach is led by business and farmers, enabled by science and technology.

Complex challenges require collaborative solutions. We are a neutral connector and facilitator that ‘joins up’ people and existing knowledge to start new conversations and generate innovative solutions.
