  • Blinc Workshop Lincoln University Campus Lincoln New Zealand (map)
Eventbrite.jpg

Meadow Mushrooms is New Zealand's leading producer of mushrooms, Christchurch locals, this company is leading the way when it comes to innovative solutions to minimising food waste and achieving increasingly circular operating model.

Globally food waste is a big issue and we know that addressing this is one of the keys to unlocking more sustainable planetary outcomes. Their sustainability planning covers environmental, social and economic factors.

This event is a great opportunity to hear from Miranda Burdon, Chair of Meadow Mushrooms on their approach to food waste reduction and how you too can be involved. Creating the energy to move the future of agri forward requires a commitment to innovation, a willingness to doing things differently and action. Connections between the organisations on the precinct can be grown and strengthened to advance these outcomes

The Blinc VIBE event series is an opportunity to hear from one of the wider Lincoln precinct companies about their business and to touch base, reconnect and build connections across the precinct.
